Tonetti Associates' recreational complex was a ground- breaking passive solar building in New York State. This 18,000 S.F. facility incorporated a trombe wall, solar louvers, and building orientation to reduce energy consumption. The building included a gymnasium, running track, swimming pool, reading room and lounge.
