TAA designed the total renovation of an 1890's two-story masonry house. The building required a total interior renovation and reorganization including a new layout, finishes, kitchen design and lighting throughout. The exterior was carefully restored and received approval by the Orangetown NY Historic Board or Review.

Tashmoo Cottage, Martha's Vineyard, MA
TAA was selected to design a total renovation of a 1,000 S.F. seaside cottage nestled in the prime real estate of Martha's Vinyard.

Brooklyn Brownstone, Brooklyn, NY
TAA performed renovations on four Brooklyn Brownstones. Exterior work included brownstone restoration, window and door replacement, and service repairs. Interior work included restorations of decorative plaster, installing new wood flooring, new kitchens and bathrooms. All work received approval by the NYC Landmark Commission.
