Transitional Housing, New York, NY
The New York Housing Authority selected TAA to renovate 106,000 S.F. of vacant, city-owned, residential buildings at two Harlem sites to be used as transitional housing for homeless families, in accordance with ADA compliance codes.

Tompkins Terrace, Beacon, NY
TAA evaluated the existing bilding and site conditions of the 14-building affordable housing comple, including garden apartments and cluster housing. We investigated, andlyzed and made recommendations for repairs.

Seaview Towers, Queens, NY
TAA was selected to analyze the existing building and site conditions at the Seaview Towers, two 20-story affordable housing apartment buildings, containing a total of 462 apartments, built on a 5.7 acre site, and make suggestions for repairs.
