Tonetti Associates Architects developed the plan to repurpose St. Paul's School in Garden City into a residential complex, which includes units within five-story former boarding school, a parking structure, town houses and courts. The design capitalized on the imposing Victorian Gothic details to create unique apartments and preserve the exterior.
